6th grade Camp Grizzly Overnight Outdoor Education Experience

All paperwork is due Friday,  August 18, 2023.  

 

If you take medications regularly, you need to have your doctor fill out paperwork so that medication can be administered at camp.  Please use the Medication Authorization form on the right and get this done before school starts!  It is a bit of a process and requires a doctor's signature, all forms and medications are due August 18.  If you have questions about meds, please connect with Nurse Amber at [email protected]
