Transportation

Transporting our students to and from school each day in a safe and secure fashion, while no small feat, is an occurrence that many of us take for granted. Our bus drivers are often the first and last personal contact that students have with the school each day. Transportation supervisor Tracy Imler and the drivers take this responsibility seriously and consistently provide safe and reliable transportation for our students each and every day---rain, snow, or shine!

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES: The Colfax School District Transportation Department is frequently looking for people who would be interested in becoming substitute school bus drivers. The process begins with contacting Tracy Imler at 509-397-2292.

Individuals who complete training are hired as substitute school bus drivers and can expect to work at one of the most demanding and satisfying jobs. If this is a career that interests you, please submit your application.
